An Interview with Katie

(Katie is Christie's little sister. She just turned 6.)

Mommy: So, Katie. Who's your favorite person?  

Katie: Christie.

Mommy: Why?

Katie: 'Cause she buys me ponies, she draws me pictures to color in, and she's the hottest hottie.

Mommy: Did she tell you to say that?

Katie: No, I just said it on purpose.

Mommy: What does hottest hottie even mean?

Katie: It's a magical thing, that makes me in love with her every day.

Mommy: I see. Is she nice to you?

Katie: Yes.

Mommy: All the time?

Katie: Yes, and yes, and yes.

Mommy: Even when she insults you?

Katie: Yes, and yes, and yes.

Mommy: What are your favorite things to do with Christie?

Katie: I like to hang out with her. She lets me play with her animals sometimes. I like to go critter hunting with her. I like to play with her, and watch Gravity Falls with her.

Mommy: What 3 words would you use to desribe Christie? - Other than Hottest Hottie.

Katie: the Coolest, the awesomest, and... the hottie-est.
